Around 9:00 am this morning (8/11/20) firefighters received a call for a compactor on fire at Osceola Iron & Metal. On arrival found fire inside the compactor. Hose lines were deployed and the compactor was then opened up to extinguish the fire. Units were back in service within an hour with minimal dam
age to the compactor.
