Citizens and Utility Customers of Osceola, Arkansas

Please make plans to attend a combined meeting of our forming Utility Committee and Finance Committee for Wednesday, March 20th, 2:00 at City Hall.  The Osceola/South Mississippi County Chamber of Commerce Director, Ammi Tucker and Phillip Adcock will provide information about the need for and benefits of lowering Osceola's retail/commercial electric rates.  I have attached our current electric rates approved in December 2015.
