a.     Action: Bid proposal – 4thof July Fireworks –Hog Wild Pyrotechnics, $15,000.  Big River Steel is sponsoring this event anddonating $15,000 for this purchase (from competitive bid opened July 2nd).  The city will fund the extra salaries forfour employees at $1,000 each to shoot the display

b.    Action: Resolution –Awarding bid and Authorizing Construction Contract to Seminole Contracting, Inc.for the City Hall adaption funded by the Arkansas Community Foundation for$14,237 (from competitive bid opening on June 11th).  COVID-19 precautions for lobby area of CityHall

c.     Action: Resolution – ToGrant a conservation Easement to Arkansas Historic Preservation Program for theOld City Hall/Post Office.  Awarded$22,000 AHPP grant.  Expected to beawarded additional $10,500 from USDA Rural Development Facilities grant
