INVITATION TO BID
The City of Osceola, Arkansas will receive sealed bids for the repair and/or restoration, scraping and replacement of the glass as needed of 22 windows 
through an AHPP grant for the Coston building located at 215 W. Hale Avenue, Osceola, Arkansas.
Persons interested must have a current state contractor's license and proof of liability insurance. The project must be accompanied within a 30-day period from the initial start date. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Mayor, located at 303 W. Hale Ave., until 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2019. - At that time, all bids will be opened and read aloud. The City of Osceola, Arkansas reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or to reject any or all bids and waive formalities what-soever.
