The City of Osceola will receive sealed bids for Information Technology Solution Services with the following service requirements:
Proactive Perimeter Monitoring- Includes remote 24x7 monitoring of any assigned Internet facing devices including firewall. This level of service includes proactive troubleshooting, reporting, monitoring, and access to a helpdesk.
PC Support –Includes 2 servers and 35 workstation anti-virus/spam/intrusion management, server data backup restorations, scheduled preventive maintenance; path management, and end-user support.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Mayor, located at 303 W. Hale Ave., until 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2020. At that time, all bids will be opened and read aloud. The City of Osceola, Arkansas reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or to reject any or all bids and waive formalities what-so-ever.
