INVITATION TO BID
The City of Osceola, Arkansas will receive sealed bids for modification work to be done through a Arkansas Community Foundation COVID-19 Phase 2 Adaptation Grant for the main offices of Osceola Municipal Light and Power building located at 303 W. Hale Avenue, Osceola, Arkansas. 
Persons interested must have current state contractor’s license and proof of liability insurance. Project must be completed within a 30 day period from the initial start date. Payment will be made upon final inspection and completion of the above items. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Mayor, located at 303 W. Hale Ave., until 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2020. At that time, all bids will be opened and read aloud. The City of Osceola, Arkansas reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or to reject any or all bids and waive formalities what-so-ever.
